Dan Coleman is a successful entrepreneur, full-time Certified EOS Implementer (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and founder at RocketTraction. Dan is an expert at helping entrepreneurs get more out of their businesses by implementing EOS; a proven, foundational and holistic operating system that gets everyone in your company executing towards a shared vision. Dan’s true passion is helping growth-focused entrepreneurs succeed by implementing EOS to build high-performance leadership teams and get “Real … Simple … Results”.
Dan has entrepreneurship in his DNA and has launched and grown a number of companies including a chain of sports medicine clinics that reached the top 1% in revenue in its class in the nation. He ran this company for 12 years before ultimately selling to move into other entrepreneurial businesses such as start-up advisory, real estate development, and health & wellness. Dan founded NexGen Integration Partners which specialized in business advisory in the health care industry. He discovered his passion for helping entrepreneurs through this advisory company, and in discovering Gino Wickman’s book ‘TRACTION’, he immediately knew that EOS was the system that would deliver the biggest impact in the simplest system for entrepreneurial companies. As a founder and having experienced many of the frustrations that entrepreneurs share, EOS is the missing link that could have saved him tremendous time and money had he “ just known about EOS back then ”.
Entrepreneurship in his DNA
Dan’s varied experiences and diverse career path has created a dynamic background tailor made for helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their business through the EOS. In his own words, “ I absolutely love having an immediate impact with people and seeing the lights go on when implementing EOS with companies. It’s my passion, and helping other’s find or multiply their success never gets old”.
A life long learner, Dan earned an Executive MBA from Pepperdine’s PKE program and is an alumnus of Dan Sullivan’s Strategic Coach program. Residing in Calabasas, CA near Los Angeles, Dan lives with his wife Dyana and two young sons Brody and Landon.
